Terms
These are the two ways to work with us, in plain words. The full commercial terms are in the quote we send with your preview, and that quote is what you agree to.
Before you decide
We build the site first and show it to you on a private link. You owe nothing at that stage. If you say no, the preview comes down and that is the end of it.
The managed offer
We host the site, look after it and make small changes for you, for a monthly fee. The code and the hosting stay with us. You can stop at the end of any month, and the site comes down when you do. Structural work beyond small changes is quoted separately.
The handover offer
You pay once and everything moves into your own accounts: the code, the hosting, the domain settings. After the transfer the site is yours and nothing is owed. Add-ons such as bookings or a search pass are quoted separately.
Content and photographs
We build from your public photographs, reviews and details. You confirm you have the right to use anything you send us. Tell us and we will take anything down.
